Try the motabal, a sinuous purée of
eggplant grilled over an open flame,
completely unlike any baba ganoush
we've ever had. Together with a deftly light
and lemony version of hummos and the
cracked-wheat dish tabouli, it makes a
refreshing meal. The kafta is ground beef
with a hint of ginger. Meals at Shish
Kebab House are all available to goand
with seating for no more than 60, that
seems like a good plan.
